How often should I groom my dog?
Grooming plays a key role in keeping your pet happy and healthy. Depending on breed, age, coat, and certain health conditions, dogs should be groomed every four to six weeks. We will be happy to discuss an appropriate grooming schedule for your pet.

How much will it cost to bathe and groom my pet?
Specific prices for bathing, grooming and certain other spa services are determined through consultation and vary depending on breed, size, coat condition, cooperation in grooming and type of services requested. Please call us, we will be happy to discuss prices for bathing, grooming and other spa services with you.

What is your cancellation policy for spa reservations?
Although there is no fee for canceling a spa appointment, as a courtesy we request 24 hour notice for cancellations.

How do I make a spa appointment for my pet?
For grooming reservations in the Kickapoo Ranch Pet Resort day spa, please contact us by telephone or by email through our website. All reservations must be confirmed by telephone or in person. We will be happy to discuss all of the spa and grooming services we offer!

What time should I drop off and pick up my pet for spa services?
Pets with spa appointments should arrive 30 minutes prior to their scheduled appointment to allow time for proper check-in. Please make arrangements to ensure that we have current vaccination records prior to arrival. You may contact your veterinarian and request that they email or fax your pet’s records to us, or we will contact your veterinarian for you. For faster check-in, email or fax applicable registration forms to us prior to arrival. You may also provide the forms to us when you check-in. Upon check-in, we will discuss a scheduled pick up time with you. The latest pick up time is 7 p.m. Monday through Friday and 6 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday.

Can I add activities to my pet's spa reservation?
Absolutely! Kickapoo Ranch Pet Resort offers a Spa Day in which guests spend the morning playing in day camp and the afternoon being pampered in our luxury day spa. If your pet prefers individual playtime, Pampered Pet Sessions and/or Nature Walks can be enjoyed in the place of day camp. Our guest services associates will be happy to book your Spa Day reservation and discuss the type of grooming services you would like for your pet!
